It was my wife’s 60th birthday,flowers did not arrive at the correct time, I had to phone and chase up the delivery. The surprise was lost

I didn’t see the flowers but my friend said they’re absolutely gorgeous and arrived on the day of her birthday so I can’t ask for much more than that! Thank you.

I would recommend buying flowers for special occasions bfrom Bloom Local and i would buy from them again.

Initial mix up over delivery address but florist owned the issue and delivered excellent service. Recipient was delighted with the flowers and service from the florist was great.

Lovely company to deal with very helpful and pleasant. The spray I ordered arrived on time and beautifullly arranged the flowers were fresh and blooming Would most definatley reccommend them.

I put in my order just before lunchtime for same-day delivery. I got a prompt email confirming this and that there may be a change to the seasonal flowers. My colleague was delighted to receive a beautiful bouquet for her birthday and thanked me when I spoke to her the next day. The price was reasonable. I don't think anything more could have been asked for so I was very happy and I do not hesitate to recommend them and would use them again.

Not only I couldn’t manage to get a timescale to get delivered (the only information I had was that it would be delivered before 6pm, and they arrived at 5.30pm). Most shocking was the size of the bouquet, I paid extra to get a large and it came very small. Due to those 2 above reasons, I will not use BloomLocal anymore.

Could get a better bunch from Tesco for a quarter of the price! Don’t waste your money! Nothing like pictures, rang up to complain but no response!
