“It was my wife’s 60th birthday,flowers did not arrive at the correct time, I had to phone and chase up the delivery. The surprise was lost”

“I put in my order just before lunchtime for same-day delivery. I got a prompt email confirming this and that there may be a change to the seasonal flowers. My colleague was delighted to receive a beautiful bouquet for her birthday and thanked me when I spoke to her the next day. The price was reasonable. I don't think anything more could have been asked for so I was very happy and I do not hesitate to recommend them and would use them again.”

“Not only I couldn’t manage to get a timescale to get delivered (the only information I had was that it would be delivered before 6pm, and they arrived at 5.30pm). Most shocking was the size of the bouquet, I paid extra to get a large and it came very small. Due to those 2 above reasons, I will not use BloomLocal anymore.”
