“I ordered flowers online from Cyprus at 8am on Saturday for my daughter in St. Albans, the flowers were delivered later that morning and my daughter said how nice they were.”

“Absolute shambles from start to finish. Ordered online. As I am in aberdeen, and they are based in London, I was assured that my order would be delivered the next day . Got an email later in the afternoon telling me that my order couldn't be delivered. Phoned them, asked to speak to a manager, got told the manager's number was confidential, asked if I could speak with someone else, then ended up on hold . Asked for a refund, to be told that it could take between 5-10 days, yet they took the money out when I paid within minutes. Got told that no florists on my area had the flowers that I had ordered ( shouldn't have been advertised then) . The companies name is bloom local, but yet couldn't get anyone local to do my order. I phoned up another company, and got an order of the same flowers . Will definitely not be using this company again”

“I calked to make same day purchase. Unable to get what i wanted and was disappointed. But decided to sennd an alternative which my sister liked. I found the pricing quite extreme given i called a shop in Durham where my sister lives.”

“I recently ordered hand tied flowers for my sisters Birthday. Although I never seen them after delivery she was truly delighted with them and said there were that many flowers she required 3 l lol arge vases to display them. I would definitely recommend yourselves to anyone going to send flowers.”

“I ordered these flowers in the morning (around 9am and they were delivered early afternoon, the recipient said they we're the nicest ones she had (she received a few bunches) and a week later they are still going strong. So I would recommend and use this company again.”
