The Christmas display looked lovely from the pictures I was sent; maybe a few more blooms could have been added. I would have also appreciated an email stating they'd been delivered as I couldn't find out until the elderly lady's son rang me which was Christmas day.

It was easy to choose and they delivered on time. I put down the wrong day at first and when I rang them to correct it, they had no problem in changing it and the flowers where delivered on that day. Will be using this company again

Service good, bought deluxe festive arrangement . When my daughter sent me a photo of it I was disappointed that it didn't look any better than the standard arrangement.

Hello Alice, I am sorry you were not overwhelmed with the flowers. It is always hard to judge flowers by a picture though. I just want to clarify that the expression "deluxe" does not mean that the flowers would look better/more exquisite than "standard size", this is used to describe the size of the bouquet, not the luxury/extravagance. Hello Jean, I am sorry you were not delighted with the flowers. I do not know what you ordered so it's hard to evaluate your case. I can tell you though that we need to make substitutions sometimes (check our disclaimer) as we work with local florists who do not always have all the flowers needed in stock. Absolutely useless, order placed Monday 13 December 2021 and delivery promised as requested on 24 December 2021 for my Mum's 93rd birthday. Message received on Tuesday 21 December 2021 that they are unable to deliver and would be refunding my money. I will not use this company again and would urge anyone else to try Interflora, a reputable company with much better customer service.

Dear Anonymous, We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience shopping with us. Our florist network covers the whole of the UK and delivers thousands of bouquets daily, often for same-day delivery. On very rare occasions, however, none of our florists is able to deliver in a certain area or a certain delivery day. In that case, we feel that better the customer knows in advance so they can make other arrangements is the best solution. Happy holidays to you and your family, from the BloomLocal team.

Overall service was good. I thought the actual flowers that were delivered might have been slightly more for the amount it cost !
