Was not impressed at all! Ordered hat box , black, with red ribbon, thin candle. Recipient received cream hat box , with thick candle & arrangement didn’t look professionally arranged. Was not advised that box or candle was different from what was advertised. Extremely disappointed, will not be using you again.

Order 21I45713 I ordered flowers and chocolates to be delivered to my wife before Xmas day. I received an email telling me that they had been delivered but they had not. I have still to get a reply from my email. I would not recommend this company. Very disappointed. I have asked for a refund.

Interflora had this nailed down in the 80s, so why is it so hard to deliver on time in the internet age? I ordered some flowers for my Mother’s birthday the day BEFORE the promised “same day delivery” and they STILL have not arrived 10 days later, despite me getting an email saying that they had been delivered. 😕 I am not interested in excuses about Brexit delivery problems, fuel shortages, the Christmas rush etc, if you can’t deliver on your promises, then don’t make them. 😉 I have just been ripped off to the tune of £50, so save your money and book elsewhere.

As I have no further information about your order I cannot tell you why your flowers were delivered late. Nevertheless do we only send freshly made bouquets which are made by people. (Unfortunately) People do make mistakes and I believe that this was the cause for the late delivery. I ordered from Canada for a friend in Glasgow. I only had the internet to go on so searched florists in the postal code area. Everyone was sold out of Christmas arrangements until I got to your site. Your prices were great and I chose an arrangement I really liked. The flowers were delivered on time as promised. My friend sent me a photo and honestly, the arrangement was even better than your website photo. A great experience from start to finish. Thank you

found the site easily online, .very easy to use & navigate. see what you get. Great if you want/need to send flowers to a loved one some miles away when it is impossible or impractical to do so. & who wouldn,t want to receive a lovely bouquet .reasonable prices & delivery rates. fully intend to use them again for special occasions or just cheer someone up. i fully recommend them

The arrangement looked very beautiful, and arrived when expected. However, and I know this is something that we are told might happen, it arrived with white roses when it was I think carnations in the picture. Roses don’t last well, which is why I changed from my usual red and green colours, and chose the white and green instead. It’s a small quibble, but I feel they had time to order in white carnations - but then what do i know about the workings of the floristry business?

Usually, flowers are preordered from the whole sellers and in your case - without having detailed information - I am sure white carnations were not ordered and were not in stock then so they had to be substituted.
