Really good to have a same-day flower delivery using local florists. Only issue was I found what was delivered to be far inferior to the picture. Same colouring, but not as full and a lot more filler than flowers.

The person who received the flowers was happy to get flowers but unfortunately the bouquet looked nothing like the one I ordered online!

Terrible experience I ordered a blazing beauty with vase for a surprise, the flowers that were delivered looked nothing like what I ordered and contained lily's which are toxic to animals hence why I ordered a selection without them! No vase was delivered either. The flowers were in cheap plastic with cheap ribbon bows not one flower was the same as what I thought I was getting I did not ask for any of that. I contacted company by email and got so fed up of getting no reply I called them they appogised and said the right flowers would be sent today. I told my freind to wait in which she did all day and nothing so i had to chase it up to be told they can't be delivered until Monday. Asked for a full refund as not only was the order wrong then messed about all day today and the fact they could of killed my friends cats and dogs my friend does not want to wait in for another day for a delivery this was meant to be a surprise and it's awful it ruined everything please do not use this company, they offers me half a refund and I said no I want a full one I'm still waiting to hear from them so I will be taking further action to recover my money.

This is awful and absolutely not up to our standards. I totally understand that you are upset and disappointed. This must not happen but unfortunately, it did and I wish to apologise to you sincerely. Your refund has been initiated on Saturday, January 8th in the morning. It usually takes some time until the money reflects in your bank account/credit card statement. I will send you proof of the refund to your email address that you provided. Hi there, I ordered two sets of flowers for my mum & wife, only one arrived for my mum. Unfortunately flowers for my wife on our anniversary haven’t. Therefore the surprise element has passed. No one has contacted me and I have no idea if or when the are coming. I wouldn’t use Bloom again
