“Brilliant price for 2 tins of dark oak stain. Reasonably fast delivery although I had a text to say it would be delivered and it wasn’t delivered that day. Another text the next day saying it was going to be delivered and it was. Both 5L tins were dented but none of the stain leaked out fortunately.”

“Hi, I ordered a box of tap inserts, on arrival there was extensive damage to the box. I rang and told a man who said a new box would be sent out immediately. That was the last I heard and I haven't received a new box in the post as yet. Update. 2weeks later a replacement box arrived so happy with that.”

“My order was delayed which was ok as they informed me by email of the new date that I would receive my items. A couple of days after this I had to ring to find out where the items were. They informed me they are in the warehouse and will send next day delivery. Again after a few more days I had to ring to chase them up. Again same answer they are in the warehouse and they were sorry and sent next day again. This time the day after I received my items.”
