“Good quality electric meter box, just what we needed. When we received our meter box, it was broken (looks like it had been dropped in transit). When I’d notified Build & Plumb they sent a replacement out straight away and it was delivered the very next day. Really excellent, thank you so much, Emma x”

“I purchased my laminate flooring from this company on line, I read their reviews first and saw that they were a reputable and reliable company and had a lot of very happy customers that had ordered from them already, and had outstanding experiences with them, so I decided to order my flooring with them, and they did not disappoint, the flooring is exactly what I wanted and and I was informed of the delivery date and it turned up on time, the whole experience was great and I would recommend them to everyone.”

“I ordered quick step silent walk underlay, placed the order on the 28th, paid for next day delivery and I’m still waiting (1st February). Despite several attempts to track down my order, although promised updates and a callback, I’m still waiting and nothing has arrived.”
