“I ordered quick step silent walk underlay, placed the order on the 28th, paid for next day delivery and I’m still waiting (1st February). Despite several attempts to track down my order, although promised updates and a callback, I’m still waiting and nothing has arrived.”

“I ordered some wellies and paid for next day delivery however it was after the dispatch time so thought they come the day after that but they still turned up the next day, used a good/reliable courier aswell so didn't have to worry about expensive packages being left outside of your home! Definitely will be using these again for anything they i need”

“Item after 3-4days of wearing developed fault. Tear on stitching! Raised with build and plumb and they replied that they didn’t hold stock so passed onto their supplier who would replace snickers trousers directly with myself! I haven’t heard anything or received anything and after several emails sent they are ignoring me as it’s now 30days passed and purchase date! Wouldn’t recommend for any products never mind £115 snickers trousers for a few days use!!!”
