“Terrible service. Placed an order and a month later still no product. Emailed and they replied that they would deliver it a week later as they did not have the product in stock (it said that item was in stock and would be delivered next day). I still did not receive the product. I phoned and managed to get it delivered the next day. There is no communication between seller and buyer. Very poor service.”

“A very good price for a 6 piece set of Kent & Stowe gardening hand tools - with a 15 year guarantee. A special offer that was the best I could find on the web. Very good price for the postage, with a couple of extra items included in the order. [ Due to the distance, N.Scotland I did check the postage cost with helpful sales staff who confirmed the very reasonable cost. ] Parcel sent via Royal Mail, [ rather than H**mes/E**i ] with tracking. Turned up relatively quickly so all in all, very pleased. Thank you.”
