“Ordered my goods and paid extra to be delivered next day but couriers sent goods to wrong depot notified build and plumb they refunded delivery cost even though it wasn’t there fault. Finally received goods the next delivery day.”

“Only 4 out of 11 boxes arrived. Was told they would be here Thursday, then Friday then Saturday. Now don’t need so will send back and not order again. Screwfix a much better option”

“Ordered 2 easy joint select tubs, really quick delivery and good price even taking the delivery charge into consideration. Read reviews online first and was a little reticent as some people had posted negative reviews, but after reading the detail (someone expecting a refund after returning by Royal Mail 3 days prior) I was glad I took the plunge. Good communication throughout and courier excellent choice. Thanks”
