“Great trousers, my second pair, which I’ve paid much more for at B&Q. Fantastic speedy delivery. I’ve been paying nearly a £100 for Snickers trousers that purportedly are the only work trouser to accommodate the large carpet layers knee pads, which is untrue because The Apache ATS does too, and the Cordura knee outer, fairs better than the Snickers trousers too (The Cordura knee material is still unworn on my previous Apache ATSs)”

“We placed an order on 27/8/24 and paid £8.95 for next day delivery- still hadn’t arrived by 4/9/24 ran to ask what was going on. Our order hadn’t even been processed let alone lost in transit. They then said it would dispatched that day for next day and then it still didn’t arrive until 6/9/24”

“Best Price I searched various companies for the product I wanted and although I try and avoid paying delivery charges, Build and Plumb were still the cheapest for the product I required, even with a delivery charge added on. Delivered when they said they would deliver. I would use them again if needed.”

“Exceptional customer service. I unfortunately had a fault with a product ordered. The customer service team responded within the hour, gave me options for a solution and had a replacement dispatched to me within a matter of hours. Faults happen, but the customer service from build and plumb was fault-less.”

“Good range of products at reasonable prices. I was looking for a brown wood paint and local stores did not have much choice. Paid extra for next-day delivery as it was needed for decorators to finish a job. Arrived on time.”

“I orderd two pairs of snickers work trousers on the 14th August : 715333 (WEB715333) & was emailed I would recieve an email for delivery status . 5 days went by & nothing . I rang up chasing the order ,no apology guy I spoke to said it was out for delivery next day so obviously it hadn't been sent . Finally received the order & opened the parcel to find only 1 pair of snickers work trousers & a water bottle . I'd ordered two pairs & they've taken the payment. I had to ring back again explaining the situation & they admitted the error . I asked if I could change the order as they only had one pair in stock & I'd pay the difference .yes no problem I was told . We've now processed your order & sent an email to return the original order . It's now the 3rd of September & I'm still waiting for my order to arrive . Absolutely shocking service I will be ringing again tomorrow for a full refund”
