“My phone was stolen and a number of fraudulent transactions have occurred via my bank and this was one of those . But despite trying to contact Build and Plumb and the delivery company DX on the 17th Sept neither responded to me in time and then two days later the goods were delivered to the person who stole my phone. I am not impressed as i tried very hard to contact the companies and prevent this and now i cant get a refund as the goods were delivered . Hopefully action fraud will resolve but this has made a very bad situation even worse . There needs to be an easier way to contact these companies other than complete web page forms”

“There were 3 items missing from my large order. With so many different sizes, slip ups must be inevitable. I contacted Build and Plumb and the problem was sorted out promptly without any fuss. Great company to deal with. Thanks.”

“The chimney bird cowl was easy to order and delivered on time. The notifications about dispatch and delivery were very helpful as we needed it whilst builders were here. Very good service. I definitely recommend this company.”
