“Very pleased with Careline 365. This gives great piece of mind especially for an emergency. The team are very helpful and caring and give great reassurance when it is needed. I would certainly recommend this organisation particularly for anyone living on their own. When the alarm battery gets low they very quickly supply a replacement.”

“Outstanding order process, had an issue with yhe key safe, however a replacement sent next day, ease of set up and checks are superb. I can sleep knowing my mum has a new best friend, who will dial her help and assistance, at yhe press of a button..”

“When I decided I needed a personal alarm I looked on line and saw the wonderful reviews that Careline had so you were my choice. Today I quite accidentally alerted my alarm and now I know that I made the right choice. I felt a complete and utter fool and yet I was made to feel assured by your staff that they were happy that I was ok and not to worry.”

“I had a problem with my telephone line connection, I was guided through what I needed to try to fix it, that failed so I was sent a new control box, again I was talked through what to do by a very patient man an success. Thank you.”

“It is wonderful to have an alarm including falls detection that does not need either a landline or a mobile phone and that I can use when away from my house. The response from the call centre and the office is always very rapid and very polite. The location detection is extremely accurate. There was a fault in the first unit I received, but it was replaced within a day. The only minor drawback is that the unit is a bit too bulky to be wearable on the wrist.”

“When first enquiring about careline I had a very informative conversation with customer services - I managed to convince my mother in law into having an appliance. The ordering , receiving and setting up of the device and online care sheet was as quick and easy as they promised! Very satisfied”
