“Excellent product. I have accidentally set the alarm off a couple of times and the response has been instant and the staff on the line amazing and very fast ( I’ve had to apologise but they don’t mind ) I feel safe living alone quite isolated in tha assurance that help is only a press of the button away . Would definitely recommend this product”

“The equipment arrived by post very quickly Set up was simple but I was confused about the lack of a base station Instruction should be clearer that this is no longer required Two tests were answered very quickly and the absence of the base unit explained Confirmation of Direct Debits received quickly”

“Just purchased the GPS with fall detector for my mum. Excellent customer service. Very prompt replies to phone calls with sympathetic customer service folk who inspire confidence. The test runs suggest that prompt help would be summoned if the alarm was ever activated. The alarm cane without instructions for set up etc but hopefully these are now being sent out.”

“Very efficient service - contacted them as wanted a SIM-based unit for my Mum - very helpful service over the phone to set up and arrived the next day - filled out the contact details online then literally plugged into the wall and popped the watch on Mum's wrist and we were good to go !! The test call was answered quickly and efficiently and have no worries now when Mum is on her own.”
