“I ordered a set of mats and they went missing. I had the tracking information arrive via email, but this simply said that the parcel would be with them shortly. I contacted Car Mats UK via email after 10 days (as it stated on the website that most orders would be 3-5 working days, but could take up to 10) and they replied the next working day saying they would look into it. I contacted them again the next week to be told that they thought my order was missing in production, and therefore would re-order for me. I received the mats the following week. The mats themselves are not as thick as I expected, but for the price I paid I am perfectly happy and they fit my car very well. The workmanship looks excellent.”

“The products are great and am really pleased with them. I bought two things, although it states they may be sent separately it would be helpful to have it confirmed if they are or not. I wasn't sure if the delivery guy had left a parcel in his van or to expect it later on in the week. Apart from that it was good.”

“Superb product, very good quality. My only criticism is that there was a delay in the factory, delivery time stated up to 5 days, no notice why it had gone over and I had to call them to get info. Just improve your communication if the order is running late, hence my 4 star rating.”

“Mats are an excellent fit (even better then original mats). They look good and complement the interior of the car. The only problem is that they create a rubbery odour which is quite strong on entry to the car. Hope that this odour will dissipate with time”
