“I ordered the "Exclusive" product in the Navy base colour with the Black & Blue Striped trim; the navy colour is a lot darker than I anticipated from the colour chart and sample photo but at least they won't show the dirt and the trim brightens the mats nicely. The cost of the mats is reflected in the thickness and quality which are better than the mats which came with the car when new.”

“Fast service with a huge range of cars. The fit is 100% perfect and so much better than anything I've had before. Loved the single mat across the rear seat floor. Great customisation options, would recommend upgrading to the higher quality carpet.”

“I bought these mats for my wife's new car; they arrived promptly and were exactly as described. However, fitting them proved impossible. The mats sat 'proud' of the car's fitted retaining lugs and just would not fit. I contacted Customer Services who promptly dispatched another 8 different type and size of 'ovals'. Again, unfortunately, they did not fit (I suspect Toyota change their spec slightly just to frustrate independent suppliers). Contact with Customer Services lead to a partial refund as a good will gesture (I had the mats embroided with a personal message for my wife, so fully understand why a full refund was not possible). I also received some Velcro strips which hold the mats securely without using the car fixed lugs. The mats are great, the quality is very good and they look fantastic. I can't speak highly enough about the level of customer service and what they did to try and resolve my issue. Despite the problem I experienced, I recommend this company.”

“A good website made the order process easy. Goods arrived exactly when they promised and as ordered. Unfortunately two of the plastic retaining clips were broken. Emailed them with the problem and got a reply by return, replacement clips turned up in post next day. So if you judge a company by how they deal with problems then all I can say is 'First Class'”

“The mats and boot tray are an excellent fit. Only time will tell as to how durable they are. Negatives are: Unpleasant smell overpowers any 'new car' smell. I have installed an automatic air freshener to try and combat the smell. Took quite a few days to arrive. It would be good if they were labelled - front right/left & rear right/left. Can't access the tie down rings without cutting the boot tray. Have left things as they are for now.”
