Owning a business, I know how entitled customers can be these days, so you really have to do something extremely messed up to tick me off. Well this is beyond that. We purchased a pair of shoes for a gift (Christmas) and when the gift was opened, the shoes were different size!! As though that was not bad enough, we’ve been dealing with their customer support for nearly 3 months now! The absolute horrible blunt responses you’ll ever hear/read. Will probably end up with no resolution by the signs of it. There shouldn’t be this much time and nerves wasted over hundreds of dollars. STAY AWAY!”

Bought a high priced skirt with a flaw in the material at the front, it also stank of perfume.I tried to return it and after 3 months of almost generic emails they returned my skirt with no notification.So I emailed them, they said I would not be getting a refund because the tags had been removed.I absolutely DID NOT remove the tags ! This is a LIE.
It is something they can say and do which cannot be proved..so be warned ! I now have a skirt which I cannot wear and they have my money

“They are a scam - DON'T order from them. They use DHL and the courrier service pretends to deliver but doesn't saying things like "address is incorrect" or "no one home". We have a video system and no DHL delivery guy came and the address is correct. Then, Cettire will charge you return shipping and taxes without you receiving the order! Their customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE.”

“Hello, the Cettire online store is the biggest scam I have ever encountered. I bought a Burberry hat at the beginning of December 2023. I returned the product on time. In January, I received an e-mail that I returned the product incorrectly (apparently the location was wrong and the wrong product was returned). I didn't have the option to choose the location and if I entered a product that I supposedly returned incorrectly, why did the label print correctly? So far - and today is February 23, 2024 - I have not received a refund. I warn everyone against making purchases on the Cettire website!!!! !!!!!”

I recently purchased an item that turned out to be fake, and when I tried to return it, they barely refunded me anything. Out of the $300 I spent, they only refunded around $60 to $70, claiming the items were stained. When I asked for evidence or photos, they never provided any. My advice is to stick to authentic stores when making purchases and not fall for the lure of better prices.”
