Hello, the Cettire online store is the biggest scam I have ever encountered. I bought a Burberry hat at the beginning of December 2023. I returned the product on time. In January, I received an e-mail that I returned the product incorrectly (apparently the location was wrong and the wrong product was returned). I didn't have the option to choose the location and if I entered a product that I supposedly returned incorrectly, why did the label print correctly? So far - and today is February 23, 2024 - I have not received a refund. I warn everyone against making purchases on the Cettire website!!!! !!!!!
