They are a scam - DON'T order from them. They use DHL and the courrier service pretends to deliver but doesn't saying things like "address is incorrect" or "no one home". We have a video system and no DHL delivery guy came and the address is correct. Then, Cettire will charge you return shipping and taxes without you receiving the order! Their customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE.
