“Our towel order was delivered to the wrong address, via Evri, and we are now having to prove that we haven't received them! The photograph they took isn't even our home!! Not been a good experience for our first order!! I realise it's Evri that have made the mistake but Christy are making us feel as though we are trying to cheat them!! LATEST UPDATE... Christy are now sending us our towels so many thanks to them for turning, what was a bad experience into a better one! Please stop using Evri, they are hopeless and their bad service negatively reflects on those companies that use them?”

“Overall, excellent but there were a couple of snags on the bath mat towel, which I had to cut off. Don’t expect any faults paying that amount of money. Also, if you order on a Friday after the cutoff time of 1pm, the “Next day delivery “ that you pay extra for actually arrives on a Tuesday! Which is a bit of a swizz, unless you read the small print.”

“The towels were great, these were purchased to replaced some previously bought from Christie several years ago and they did not disappoint. However the delivery box was not substantial enough. I bought six bath and two hand towels which were not heavy but the box was damaged and the top taped closure was open. I understand Christie is at the mercy of the courier but the packaging needs to be robust enough to survive.”

“Although I love the duvet cover and pillow cases, unfortunately it’s another one that doesn’t iron very well. Can still see the creases after steam ironing, and it was dried outside on a windy day.”

“Updating my recent experience/ report! 08.08.2023 After being contacted by Customer Service, they were understanding and offered me a 20% discount on the product. Which I excepted. It was promptly paid. My all over experience with Christy was good…………… Loved the crisp fresh look on advertising photo. At arrival, I washed and ironed it. Ironing was a bit tedious. When I first put it on the bed, it looked beautiful. It was wonderful to sleep in, as the material is very soft and light. Next morning, what a big disappointment, it looks very creased, the crispness was gone, which I did not expect from Christy Quality Bedlinen. If I could, I would return it! My previous pure cotton quilt cover set from House of Fraser, which is 10 years old, still looks fantastic. Expected the same from this expensive Christy Set!”

“Excellent but ....The nylon tags on the paper labels are too tight to the fabric. Damage is done to the thread of the towels in removing them”

“As I a technophobe, I found the ordering of my products difficult to navigate as I found I could not edit my purchases. However, my daughter helped me to do the editing and the towels I purchased arrived very quickly. The quality of the towels are very good.”
