“We purchased the amber list bundle and the day 5 early release tests. All our test kits has been delivered by the time we had arrived back from our trip and the instructions were clear. The Royal Mail Delivery of our tests to the lab was slow (2-3 days from posting) but once delivered our test results came back quickly (same day). We decided to use and pay for a courier with guaranteed next day delivery for our day 5 tests so that we got our results quicker. I would use confirm testing again”

“No problem at all with my test, good communication and easy procedures to follow, but i booked for my sister and she had absolutely no communication regarding the courier and while we were frantically trying to get some answers from you, the tests were sat in a neighbour's house! We were not informed of this by the courier. That caused a lot of stress for us.”

“Tests arrived on time and were easy to use with good instructions. Day 8 test took a while to come through but I had paid to test and release on Day 5 so didn’t cause me issues.”

“The service was competitively priced compared with other providers. My wife and I used the day 2 and day 8 testing following our return from Copenhagen in July. The kits were waiting for us when we arrived back and were easy to use and send off. The results were quickly available on line and we used your day 5 service to secure early release from quarantine - again this worked well.”

“Confirm testing were one of the cheaper options available and everything arrived swiftly and on time. There were no issues with results on any of the tests either. However it did take a couple of days to get them. A good service I would use again.”

“Tests were waiting for us when we arrived back from holiday. The day 5 test to release result was a little slow coming back but it was the weekend. We received this in 48 hours instead of the 24 hours for the previous tests.”
