“Tests arrived on time, results for Day 5 test and release arrived late which was annoying but other than that a good service. Instructions are pretty straightforward and easy to complete.”

“Does what it says on the tin. Tests arrived promptly and results were received in the timeframe stated. Could be improved with enhanced tracking capabilities I.e being notified when test reaches lab.”

“I’m very pleased with the testing. I had a couple of queries and they were dealt with very well. The fly in the ointment is Royal Mail. I posted my 5 day test on Friday at 1130. It was delivered to the laboratory on Monday. That’s really poor. The lab returned my result on Monday around 430. That poor delay is completely down to Royal Mail and I think you need to address that.”

“The tests were turned around within 24 hours of delivery (just about) as promised. It would be nice if status updates could be available on their website so we could be made more aware of how progress is going.”

“Day 2 and 8 testing were very good. I opted fir day 5 test to release, this fell at a weekend. With Royal mail and weekend Confirm Testing I didn't receive results until 5 days later. Probably an accumulation of these factors. Saying that when I had a query they replied very quickly to my emails and were most helpful. I would use this service again and would recommend Confirm.”
