“I’ve bought day 2,5 and 8 tests. The instructions were very clear to follow. I’ve got the test results exactly 2 days after sending them.”

“The service was great....both tests were delivered together and the instructions were well laid out. The only issue that could do with improvement is the delivery date....we landed on a Sunday, so the tests should have been shipped for delivery Monday or Tuesday. Instead it was shipped for delivery the day before we arrived (Saturday) with no-one home to accept the delivery,”

“The testing itself went super easy and they let me make it earlier than the appointment. unfortunately I tried to contact Confirm testing by mail and didn't receive an answer first. then tried it by phone and another adress to push my appointment by one day, but it wasn't easy to make them understand my situation and what I wanted. And I had to book another test because of that.”

I have searched our system and found that you had been emailing the noreply@ email address, which would not have sent the email to our inbox as it automatically closes that ticket. “WE booked the Green day 2 tests while on holiday - tests were waiting for us on return. Tests were easy to do and well explained. Posted back with label at our local postbox. Received e-mail with result on the day we expected (bearing in mind weekend in the middle). Will use them again.”

“For 2and 8 day tests, on-line process was simple, with tests received before our arrival back in the UK. Day 2 test result came very quickly late on day 3 but day 8 test result not received until early i.e. just after midnight, on day 11.”

“It's a good service, especially if you get a discounted price by signing up with your email address. The only negative comment I have is that the day-8 test was posted on a Friday, arriving at the lab on Saturday morning, but the result was not emailed until Sunday evening.”

“Easy to use instructions and the day 2 test was waiting for us when we got home. I sent it off in a priority postbox on a Monday and my results came back on Wednesday although my daughter received hers on Tuesday evening. I had to contact Customer Service over not being able to log in - my error, not theirs, and they were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Would recommend as they were also very competitively priced.”

“I got the kit home before I got arrived. The only thing I wasn’t happy with it was that I got my results on the fourth day and my quarantine has been extended until I got the results. Probably the results were delayed because I should do it on the weekend. Communication with the staff was great, I got the reply almost immediately.”

“We ordered two 5 day Early Release Tests from you - unfortunately Royal Mail let us down, we found a priority post box that said it collected on a sunday - it was an hour drive to go to this postbox. They clearly did not collect and deliver the post - you did not receive our tests until Tuesday. This is Royal Mails fault not yours, but they are letting down the service, as it's definitely not 5 day release! Despite Royal Mail letting us down, you received the tests Tuesday, and we had our results Wednesday morning, which was excellent. My other criticism is the instructions that come with the kit. You are told to put the test tube in a bag marked with a certain code - the bag doesn't have that code on it - and seeing as the kit comes with 2 bags it was confusing. We did not find the instructions very clear.”

“Ordered day 2 test for myself and my husband , when we arrived back from the holiday , opened the box only one test in the box I rang the confirm testing and received another test the next day”

“Test kit was received ion Day 1 as promised and had clear instructions and labels. Test turnaround for me was late next day. (11pm on Day 6 for Day 5 test), would ideally have liked it to be a bit faster. Would also be great to get a message from. ConfirmTesting that the sample was received.”
