“Worked as expected. Test kit arrived on day zero. I posted the samples in the mornings and received the results late afternoon on the following day (as per the mail tracking, the laboratory received the samples around 24h after posting, so the handle of the samples by the lab itself took only about 6-10 hours each time.)”

“Good service. Although i sent two samples at the same time -day 5test : results for one were received 3am on day 7 and tge other 9 am on day 7. Was expecting them on day 6. But tgey were delivered within 24 hrs limit after receiving my samples. Good service, customer service very friendly. Overall satisfied”

“Brilliant today (5th day test) which was the most important one. Dropped off at 10.30 this morning and results back at 4pm. 2nd day test result arrived this morning but not so important.”

“Test result received 03/07/2021 for a sample sent on 0107/2021. For the price I paid that was great. Please do inform customers at each stage of the process, eg. sample received in the lab for processing. I recommend your services to everyone”

Dear Saratu, Thank you for your review and for your note. We do try to state what to do at every stage in the instructions sheet. To verify that a sample was received at the lab, we ask that customers check the tracking number on the Royal Mail return label they used to send the test back to the lab. We are currently working on a system that would send an email to the customer to alert them to every stage of the test processing and hope to have this solution live soon. Dear Aziz, Thank you for your note. We actually indicate this in several areas: 1. The product page, prior to purchase. 2. The informational email we send after purchase. 3. The instructions booklet included in the test kit. We know it's a lot of information and sometimes customers do not read all three but we try to include it everywhere we can so that the information is available. “very helpful on the phone when we had issue with logging the barcode. results sent back promptly. would have preferred to have had the test sent out before we left (we were only going for 2 days) just to be reassured we had it.”

“Quick turn around with day 2 test results coming back on day 3 but day 5 took til day 7 which meant I had to take an extra days holiday which I really didn’t want to have too. Other than that the tests we’re waiting for me on my arrival home and were the best price for all three tests which included the day 8.”
