“We got our day 5 test results about 40 hours from posting them which is as good if not better then other providers our friends used. Also I could ring Confirm Testing and speak to a human (not a machine) who was very helpful. This was very helpful and I would use Confirm Testing again.”

“Day 2 results received on next day evening, day 5 results had to wait received just on day 7 midday, which one was a bit annoying as you are paying extra money for it. All other service was really good Would recommend”

“Arrived okay and tests completed in good time. Had a day 5 test cancelled due to track and trace isolation but the label on day 5 and day 8 were incorrectly labelled meaning day 8 pack opened when it was actual day 5 so both packs eventually opened. Simple mistake which they accepted”

“Good and fast responding customer support. Would book again, but not if test to release test date falls on a Saturday. Results take 3 days to arrive due to Royal Mail not shipping on Sunday.”

“Simple process and no hassle at all. Services of best of class. Anytime access (via call center) is really convenient. However, as an improvement point - results taking 48hrs is bit longer, especially when it comes to weekends.”

“I booked the tests first because the price was very fair compare to other services. I then saw some of the reviews which made me slightly concerned. But everything went very smoothly, got the tests on time and most important got the results in an expected time. Most critical one was test to release - send it off on day 5 got the results in the night between day 6-7 (same time frame for day 2 test) so for a postage test perfectly fine. Highly recommended. Only missing aspect the tracking of the test - you don’t get a confirmation that tests arrived in the lap. So no information until one receive the results but besides that great service which I can only recommend!”
