“Good price but slow results”

“This should be 5. The efficiency and responsiveness of the staff was excellent. Royal Mail losing my day 2 test and not working Sunday meant my day 2&5 results came within an hour or so of each other.”

“Test results took 48 hours to return - this was mostly the post office delay but day 2 and 8 PCR tests with another company we’re returned in 24 hours. Customer service operative was very polite when I called to chase results though”

“Easy payment quick delivery and easy instruction sending the test back but my results for my test and my partners were not sent back to us even though they were meant to be sent to separate emails there apparently was a technical issue on their end and the results were never sent to us. The government haven’t actually asked us for the test results I assume the results get sent to the government directly but it would be nice to let the people paying for the tests actually have the results when they come out. I had to call them nearly a week later after posting the test to get them to resend my results to my email.”

“It's fine. Wasn't sure that the test-to-release sample was successfully registered at first but they were very quick to respond and I got my certificate on Day 7. Three days off quarantine for 60 quid. Woop.”

“From the order online , fantastic. We posted on day 2 but still on day 4 heard nothing. I had to send an email although we had done everything online correctly. After a reply from confirm to suggest we had not registered on line , we hot our results. They have let this part down as we have been worried the last 2 days.”
