“The service in general very good. I got my kit set on time. The instructions are easy and don't require effort to register. However, the service is little bit expensive compared with other services.”

“Easy to order and my 2nd & 8th day testing packages arrived on time. The process was well explained and the result of my 2nd test arrived within 3 days. I didn't use the 8th day test as I was only in England for a week and my only quibble is that I had to order the 2 tests, one of which I didn't use.”

Dear Sylvia, We are happy to hear you're satisfied with the overall experience. We do offer the Day 2 and Day 5 testing separately if you wish to leave the country before your Day 8. However, we have to abide by Government guidelines that state anyone arriving from an Amber list country should perform both tests. “Your test are not amongst the cheapest ones. The entire process went very well. The only hiccup is the fact I did not receive the results of my 2nd test at the right time- I took the test on Sunday and received the results on Tuesday 23.59. Ideally results of the 2nd test would arrive on Monday or Tuesday afternoon, so I could plan my Wednesday to see if I can go to the office or not. On this scenario I have to work from home one more day.”

Hello Alen, Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear you were satisfied with the process. To clarify on your Tuesday results: There are no mail deliveries on Sunday. So when you took your sample on Sunday, it did not get picked up till Monday and would have likely been delivered to the lab on Tuesday morning. This means we issued results on the same day they arrived at the lab, which is earlier than the stated timeline of 24 to 48 hours from arrival to the lab. We aim to issue results as soon as possible, and our lab tries to issue results well before the 24 hour turnaround time dependent on capacity. Thus, there was no real delay, it was just because there is no Royal Mail service on Sunday, but we understand this could have been a little frustrating for you. We hope you are still satisfied with the service overall, and should you need further testing in the future, we hope you'll choose Confirm Testing again. “Bottom line is that all went well. I did enter my arrival date incorrectly using the US sequence of 4/28/21. It came out as arriving in the year 8210. Your system did not catch my mistake. We contacted you when my day 2 test Did Not arrive. All ended well 👍”
