“I am impressed for receiving the results of both tests (day 2 and day 8) promptly together with your detailed guidance on self isolation, it was certainly perfect, the only problem I had was registering my details when I had received the first package, I had to ask my son who lives in Germany to assist me over the phone for completion of the registration. with many thanks. Sincerely yours Ali Mahdavi”

“I had some delays but they responded quuckly on all my emails and I managed to solve all problems. I would still recommend, because price was acceptable and tests arrived to me on time”

“Overall the experience was positive. Easy to register and reliable kit deliveries. Nonetheless the instructions contained in the test kit are not consistent regarding how to collect the nostril sample . They differ between the Confirm Test Kit leaflet and those presented on the EKF leaflet. This inconsistency leaves the user confused and insecure. I suggest to revise this.”

Dear Maria, Glad to hear you had a positive experience. We greatly appreciate your feedback on the instructions. The EKF leaflet is from the manufacturer of the kit and we had tried to simplify the instructions in our booklet. “Apart from the fact that delivery of my Day 2 test kit was attempted when Confirm Testing new that I was abroad, everything was very professional and worked according to plan. It is also somewhat confusing that immediately following the email confirming the test result an additional email is received saying "Your request has been received............" when no request has been sent.”
