“I was dissipated for not getting any news from you regarding the test results. A simple message of ‘negative ‘ would be appreciated and would show a high quality of customer service”

I've checked our system, we sent you the two results, the first one on Sun, Apr 18, 6:00 PM and the second on Fri, Apr 23, 7:30 AM. I have resent them to you now as well, just in case. “Excellent service. Everything on time but of course i made the mistake of not reading the instructions properly so a bit of delay was entirely due to me. The carrier very nearly went to the wrong house and did not leave the parcel (second test). Luckily I managed to intercept him as I anticipated that. He was instructed to leave the parcel with a screen shot by the door but failed to do this. This was in no way ConfirmTesting's fault. Really good service at a good price. Many thanks and success in the future”

“Test kits are provided well packaged, secure with clear instructions for use and mailing. It takes about 2.5 days to get results from the date of posting via Royal Mail. Results were received at midnight the day my quarantine ended, which I didn't see until the next morning.”

“Purchased a Travel Test Package. The tests were delivered well on time and the test kits came with clear instructions and a pre-paid return envelope. The test results arrived a bit later than advertised (48h after they were delivered at the testing facility). Overall I was happy with it.”

“I have forgotten to register my day 8 test at the time of taking it and had to do it a couple of days later when results didn't arrive on time. It might be handy to place a reminder to register the test more prominently on the parcel itself. Also it was not easy to get through by phone. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the service.”

“I read some negative reviews but I cannot fault Confirm. Test kits arrived on time. Day 2 results emailed to me on day 4 and day 8 results emailed on day 11. A little later than I would have hoped for hence 4 stars. I will definitely use Confirm again which is probably the best review I could leave.”
