“The whole process for a Day Two test worked well - ordering and payment, delivery of the tests (through the letter box on the day we were returning to the UK), return of the tests using a Royal Mail Priority Post Box (a surprising number around) and receipt of the result just over 48 hours after posting the samples.”

“The reason I have given Confirm Testing five stars - in spite of the eye-watering price - is that on the three occasions when I had to ring for help and advice, I actually got great help and excellent advice from polite, friendly, well-trained, cheerful voices on the other end of the line. This i surely almost unheard of in early 21st century Britain. It is also necessary for bewildered pensioners like me, permanently lost in the kaleidoscopic labyrinth of Covid regulations.”

“Confirm Testing, as far as our experience was concerned, were excellent. My son in law booked for 3 to go for a Day 2 Test at Heathrow and I ordered my husband’s and my test to be posted to our home. Both services were perfect. We all received our results within 24 hours.”

“Confirm delivered exactly as promised. Tests and results turned up earlier than expected. Instructions and process made very clear and costs reasonable. I'm also very impressed that when the HIM Gov testing rules changed, Confirm refunded the costs of the tests we didn't need without being asked. When we travel again we'd use Confirm.”

“I had day 2 and 8 over at Marriott Hotel Heathrow. Nervous not knowing what to expect, I received a warm welcome from the receptionist and manager who checked my ID and explained the process really well and put me at ease. On both occasions Nurse/swab taker was really friendly gentle unlike some of the experiences I had in Europe. The communication especially the reminder emails were really helpful. Price was reasonable compare to other companies. Tip - do check the website different time of the day as prices change. I have recommended to family and friends.”

“We used them twice already for test to release+day 2 and 8 Pcr. Great service, timely (once parcels delivered by post to the lab which can sometimes be slow on weekends) and a customer service is very available by telephone and email. Postage labels are directly provided, the website is well detailed and the instructions for self testing and postage are very comprehensive too. They are not the cheapest on the market but for ease and peace of mind, the bundle day 2,5, 8 is most cost effective and I would recommend highly as a provider overall!”
