never buy from this scam company. good luck getting your money back! I made a return in the first week of december. it is Jan 22nd and there is no return yet and they bounce my messages back to each other.

I have never dealt with suck. Poor online ordering platform in my life, the account can't properly keep your country preference long enough to perform an order, I made an order, they sent it back without communicating, then wouldn't resend the order. Finally when they said they would resend it, they didn't. If it wasn't such a nice product I would have ridden off the entire company. I simply can't waste any more of my time dealing with such a horribly designed online process. Such a shame

I order a coat on January 5 and as of January 20 it still has not shipped, yet the money has been taken from my account. Have tried to cancel several times and was told I couldn't. No communication what so ever on why it hasn't shipped. Nothing said about being backordered. Nothing but it is in processed. Appalling service!

Owned a EB flannel shirt for 10 years. Completely satisfied! Went back to get some more! I definitely feel they now “skimp” on overall size and length. I believe however that the quality of material is very good. I recommend when buying EB clothes to go for a size larger and also get the “tall” if you want enough to tuck in your pants

Many thanks to Blake at Aspen Grove store! He went above and beyond helping me out and finding the right coat for me. I came to exchange the parka I purchased online. There was no coat my size left in the store, but Blake took the time to brainstorm with me as to where I could get the coat I was dreaming of. In addition to coming up with a solution he explained why this new coat feels so much better than that I came to return. Eddie Bauer, I hope you understand what a fantastic and passionate employee you have!

I placed an order during Black Friday sales. The order sat in limbo and then when I got tracking the item never came. Showed as being returned which I never initiated. Also, didn’t get the money. So I emailed a couple times, no answer, did live chat… crickets. Called them up today; the first guy told me he would issue a return for the order and I would have to reorder. So he put me through to sales and said he’d take money off and match the price I paid. Sales lady takes my call and they reviewed my previous order she took my info to pay, said there would be $35 charge for express but she could remove it afterwards, and I’ll get my order by Friday. Well the order came through and I was charged for the shipping AND she ordered the wrong size. So I called again. The next guy tells me he can’t adjust my order from 1 hour ago, my option is to cancel it and reorder AGAIN and be out more money for awhile or I can wait till it gets here and exchange it in store. Yeah that sounds like a great idea, “Merry Christmas, now go exchange your gift” so I opted to cancel, he said I would receive an email in a few hours. I didn’t. So I called again. They tell me it’s not cancelled yet, and the money could take 5-7 business days to come back to me. Awesome, I’m now out a lot of money.. also he tells me I wasn’t likely to get it before Christmas anyway!!! They lied to me. The last one was honest mind you. He stated he credited me back the money for that order, and sent an email confirmation but I’ll believe when I see it. NEVER ordering from them again. I wasted so much time dealing with them today and I have nothing to show for it other than waiting for money to return to me. Oh I didn’t get credited the whole amount I paid when I checked my email he sent stating what they were credited, they shorted me approx $70. do not order from Eddie Bauer online, with all the reviews I'm worried I'll never get my money back and I have nothing but a headache to show for it.

Customer service is terrible. Placed an order they deducted $130 from my account but I never received merchandise. Eddie Bauer customer service does not care. I have called them chatted It has been 5 weeks since I placed order online and I paid in advance for merchandise

Pathetic customer service, I have been calling customer service since last 2 months for returns but the wait time is long and no one answers on live chat, no reply to email, no reponse on call, no help at all. PATHETIC PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

Call Center issues. 1 hr on hold, every 30 seconds, longer than usual wait time plays. After holdiong 1 hr, the system stops the recording. Why do you not have expected wait time for customers. You also call out COVID pandemic, it should be Business as Usual. What a poor excuse for lack of service. Chat function not working either and only available for 3 hrs. I used to work in Telecom and know how phone systems work. Upgrade your system, f you don't have EWT and sdd more agents. LLBean, Lands End, Amazon... all give service and have over the past years. Now holding again, wonder how long or if I ring into oblivion.

Rated 1 out of 5 stars If I could give negative stars I would If I could give negative stars I would. WORST Customer service, shipping, tracking number that is INVALID over a week after ORDERING the item. DO NOT ORDER from them on their web site. I should've stuck with Amazon. Date of experience: November 25, 2023

I ordered items that were not delivered yet and a new sale was currently on. I asked for a price adjustment and was told I would receive one as “a one time credit”. I was happy until I realized it did not show up on my credit card statement as the amount promised me. I reached out to a supervisor who was rude and not interested in keeping me as a valued customer. Wasted time with rude people, I will shop elsewhere. I deleted my Eddie Bauer account!

A person cannot pay online for clothes, you will need to contact customer service (work from home person) and they will go online and purchase the items for you asking for your information. Clothes are good quality, customer service is ok. I want to buy my clothes online without the need to give my credit card information to a person to do the same thing I can do. Live chat was an automatic communication response ( terrible!) didn’t answer your questions. Same as email, didn’t answer your questions just sent random responses.

Simply the worst customer service I've had in a long long time. Tried to go online and arrange for an exchange of any item from one size to another. NO MECHANISM FOR EXCHANGES, ONLY RETURNS WITH $7 LABEL FEE. When I tried the "chat" it was just kicked back to the return screen. WAITED on the phone for the longest time with the excuse for long wait times because of COVID which has been over for nearly two years. Just baloney! I will never use Eddie Bauer's website again.

Eddie Bauer customer service is awful!!!!!!} Don’t order online from Eddie Bauer. I placed an order for three items. They changed my address and the items were delivered to a home three blocks away. After a lengthy phone call with customer service the agent sent me a picture of the delivery. I used the picture to walk up and down my street to find my order. One item did not fit. I tried to exchange it but Eddie Bauer doesn’t do exchanges. You have to return and wait for a credit and then place a new order. Crazy. I waited on the phone for 50 minutes to ask if I can take the item into an outlet store (closest Eddie Bauer store] to do the exchange. No all outlets store accept returns. So, now I will wait until I travel to visit friends who live closer to an actual store. Never again.

Exchange/return process is terrible, convoluted, and . I made two orders of four shirts in each on-line order. I tried to make a straight exchange for all items. Eddie Bauer's policy is to make you return the item, then go back on line to re-buy the item, and if there is a price differential, you have to contact customer service again after you re-buy. In addition, you have pay a $7 return fee for each order, even if you want to exchange them for the same items! So, they wanted me to pay $14 fee to get the same things! Not a great way to treat your customers who want to shop at your store. I will never shop with them again as long as they have this policy, since you will lose money unless you know your exact size the first time you order. Due to the above, Eddie Bauer has lost me as a future customer, and I will be returning the items rather than exchanging them. So instead of making $160, Eddie Bauer is making $14 from me instead. I am sure I am not the only customer they have and will lose because of this policy. Expensive lesson for me and them.

Eddie Bauer is the worst. My husband and I shop there all the time for him and our 2 sons and 2 son in laws. We are rewards members. My husband bought 2 pairs of jeans for $130 and after only 2 weeks the back complete ripped out of one pair. An obvious defect. The store would not even exchange them which is all we wanted to do. They says it’s wear and tear! After 2 weeks. All he did I’d bend over. He is a slim guy and was wearing his right size. Now he is left with one pair at a cost of $130!! And there is nothing in writing letting you know ahead of time that they won’t take back jeans! Do not buy Eddie Bauer stuff. It’s over priced and they don’t care about their customers!
