“I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Installation was as promoted.....easy. This heater solved my no heat in my entryway. I'm finding that even on below zero days I am able to heat my space on low settings.”
“In the few days we have had the heater our small bathroom is much warmer. Installation was easy with the supplied template. The majority of the cord hides inside the heater with just a small portion showing to the plug. The best purchase I have made all year.”
“After having tge 1000 watt plug in model installed and in use for about a week, it is awesome.
It definitely keeps the room much warmer and at consistent temperature.
I like it so much, then i'm planning on buying two more for the rest of the house.”
“I needed a secondary source of heat for a room that didn't have enough baseboard heat. My son-in-law told me about this product so I could avoid the hassle and expense of adding more baseboards to the room. Best decision I could have made! I am a very handy, capable 60 year old woman and this was installed in about 10 mins. So very happy with this purchase, I will be ordering another one soon!”
“I've been buying from eheat since they sold their original panels over a decade ago. I appreciate how friendly and responsive the company is and how good their products are.”
“I can't understand all these positive reviews. Bought the 1000 watt envi and on max it produces about as much warmth as my toaster oven. Placed on wall of 400 sq foot open room as auxiliary heat, does absolute nothing. Maybe makes a difference in a small enclosed closet but reviewers said that it warmed their basement -impossible. Waste of money.”
“I have purchased Envi wall heaters in the past and they make great room warmers. This was the first smart Envi heater. I love the idea of digital and remote controls.”
“We have not used the Envy very much yet, but ate very pleased with the design, particulary that you can conceal the cord length. Nice detail. It is as described, and provides a gentle, quiet heat. Quiet is a big factor. Fast delivery and well-packaged.”
“Delivers as advertised as a quiet efficient way to warm up a colder room in the house. Installation was a lot trickier than advertised since I had to shim out the wall mounts to engage the safety on/off sensor. I have older plaster walls that did need to have pilot holes drilled for those wall mounts....”
“The first eheat I installed was about 10 years ago. At some point about a month ago something must have stuck inside the heater. The wall got so hot that it could not be touched. We were lucky to be home and noticed the problem. It was so hot the house could have stated on fire. Installed new thermostat, did not fix problem. Already wired so I replaced the unit with a new one, seems to be working O.K.”
“The reviews and video convinced me to switch from my oilfilled space heater. It looked sosimple to install, just screw the hanging clips to the wall, attach the heater and voila. Well, first attempt, I hit a stud and without an electric screwdriver couldn't fasten the clip. Moved the heater over and this time predrilled a couple holes to be sure. Locking bar installed. Extremely difficult to find the clips while struggling to hold up the heater and trying repeatedly to find the hidden clips. Then finding them, I thought it was attached, only to have the heater slip down. Repeatedly. I loosened the clips. Then I tightened the clips. Nothing worked, it wouldn't turn on. I double checked the measurements and marked the wall and tried again, same thing. Gave up and called support, they told me to check the right side opening and press inside to engage the safety switch. There was nothing in that opening to press. Started over, remeasured everything. removed and reattached the locking screw at the bottom, careful to barely tighten it. Then a little tab finallly appeared behind the right side and I pressed it with a pencil. Finally, I was able to hang the heater on the wall and it clicked and stayed. I hit the On button, but still no power. I tightened the screw on the bottom, still nothing. I now have a very nice looking nonworking heater. Photos are of back openings, locking bar screw mounted heater.”
