“Delivery was on time & driver was very helpful. Let down by the fact there are screws missing, the bolt is partially rusted & bent, also one of the cover strips is incomplete due to knots in the wood have fallen out. This is very inconvenient & should have been quality checked before delivery. Just to add I wouldn’t recommend this company since customer service is very poor and quality control is even worse !!!! Sent me a rusted pad bolt on first delivery and the replacement is even worse ???did anybody even check this before it was sent to me ??? What a let down DISGUSTED!!! Oh just to add nearly 2weeks for 1 thin length of wood, 1 pad bolt & 2 screws. Give a wide birth if you are reading this”
“Ordered Sunday delivered Fri direct from the manufacturer,kept informed at every juncture,summer house is as advertised came in sections with reasonably easy to follow instructions and came with all the fixings necessary to build it,happy with the quality for the price, spent a week painting it giving it 3 coats inside and out before building it which will hopefully preserve it for a good few years, looking forward to getting some use out of it now”

“Delivery quick and well done. Self assembly is fairly hard and you need to have most woodwork tools to complete the job. It would be really helpful if the window frames could come with the hinge insert already chiselled in as this was a bit tricky. The house itself looks fantastic and my daughter is thrilled with it. We have painted it ourselves to the colours we wanted.”

“Shed delivery was on time and the delivery guy carried it to the rear garden. The shed, despite being a budget model, fitted together well and all the parts were present. My only two comments are 1) that the base seems too thin and bends when you walk on it which is a bit of a concern and 2) the instructions could have been a bit clearer. I am used to erecting sheds but if it was my first time I may have struggled.”

“The shed is okay, we've had it just over a month now and theres been a few leaks during the rain, one through the window sills, and the other through the wood itself. The treatment on the wood is poor, it soaks the water and allows it to drip through the other side, the structure is okay but ours arrived with damaged posts, it still did the job but not what you expected for a £500 shed.”

“The item I have purchased, not satisfied because of few pieces were broken, I had to spend more to repair those pieces . Driver was extremely rude and not clear English , loaded his truck with few other orders and I was asking him is it the full order as those pieces never came in pallet . He dammed some additional wooden pices in my front garden I was thinking those are the part of my order, I had to take those in the recycling centre . Really sad purchase . I would’ve ask for refund but I really needed that shed at that time . So can’t be asked . Will not recommend this company to anyone . If you do risk is yours .”
