“The ordering experience itself was excellent, including all my questions answered promptly, hence the five stars. The only quibble I have is with the courier/transport company that did the delivery. First of all we did not, contrary to wg´hat was promised, receive a trxt the night before to 'warn' us of the impending delivery, so we just so happened to be at home when the van arrived. And then the driver, even after I had reminded him that there is an old fridge to be taken away, still proceeded to bring the new one into our very narrow garden first, meaning that it was now obviously extremely difficult to get the old one past that unnecessary obstacle and out. He also had not real idea how to get the packaging off and asked me if I had a knife ... But anyway, all went well in the end!”
