“The initial purchase was fine, quick and efficient. However, I thought I had a problem with the product since and completed a contact form online and didn't hear a thing! So that could certainly be improved upon. The problem resolved itself so I didn't need to get in touch again, but if I was still waiting on someone to reply to my issue at this stage I would be rather annoyed which would be a shame. Thanks!”

“Ordering is easy. Delivery sometimes very complicated. No communication from drivers. Having an issue with a washing machine now which they are telling me I’m using too much powder. Stars rating may change if they don’t stop trying to mansplain how to use a washing machine.”
