“Great customer service - I ordered the wrong type of dryer and it was corrected very quickly. I ordered Thursday, ordered the correct one Friday and it was delivered on Monday 🙂 very happy!”

“I left a note for the courier to call me about 30mins before he delivered the item, but he didn't. It was only by chance that I spotted him walking away with it again because he thought nobody was home and the doorbell is broken so I didn't hear him. That is why I specifically added that note to call or text before delivery. That did not happen, even though I had that typed with the order! And I couldn't track it either!”
