“Ordered a phone for a present. Not only did it arrive within 36 hrs but it was securely packaged AND there was a nice bar of chocolate inside too. 6 star service, could not have been happier 😁 Delighted with the courier service too.. big plus having DPD on board.”

“I recently purchased a fridge instead of a freezer online and did not realise the mistake until I had partially opened item.When I contacted help center Mairead quickly helped to sort problem .Tks to Mairead and staff in KK shop and stores .I highly recommend Electro city and will deal with them again.D Fitzgerald”
