“I bought an Anker Power Bank with this place and it is of very high quality and shipped very fast. The service from ordering online to delivery at the door was extremely fast and no issues at all. I would highly recommend this place for buying electronic products. In fact you guys sell this cheaper than the brand itself. This is a beast of power bank. It is very useful for those who wish to charge very fast and use power hungry gadgets. Important point to note the power bank cannot perform to it's maximum output unless you have a separate charging cable that can handle high output. I purchased that separately but we'll worth it. I would highly recommend buying with this store.”

“Tv was ordered and when we went to collect it it was not handed out on a Sunday We rang in shortly after and were told on line orders were not processed over the weekend. This was despite having an email confirming it was in stock. Staff seemed v uninterested in trying to help”

Hi Kathleen, we're very sorry to hear you had a bad experience! While it is correct that new online orders are not processed on Sundays (But we're looking to change this) I can see yours was processed before 3pm on Saturday and was ready to collect from then. This should have been put aside for you in Kilkenny from then and would have been available on Sunday. Can you confirm that you have now collected your TV from the store?
