“As usual the lovely staff were very helpful when I collected my online parcel and were happy for me to try on my dress to ensure the size was right. it was then rewrapped beautifully in the Elizabeth Rosde way.”

“Oui trousers came beautifully packaged and am looking forward to wearing them once it's cooler as they are slightly heavier than my previous Oui Jeggings bought some years ago. This was my first purchase from ER and I did not see the code for the discount in my inbox until after I had made the payment. I emailed ER to ask if they would still apply the discount and was delighted to receive an email by return to say they would, an example of excellent customer service.”

“Purchased a lovely dress by Oriantique,it is gorgeous ,bought sis pie too big ,purchased smaller size same day as large one arrived ,was sent to me same day and arrived next day for a party I was going to.Returned the larger size one and had a refund within a couple more days .Excellent service. Most companies take 2/3 weeks to return refund!”

“For many years I have made a couple of annual visits to Elizabeth Rose and have always been delighted with my purchases. I have always found the staff very friendly and helpful. I miss my outing but I live in Hertfordshire and it is quite a journey at the moment.”

“Great shop with an extensive range of "not on every high street" labels and quality products. I always find something to buy whether for everyday wear or a special occasion. Most of my clothes come from here and I have shopped at ER for over 15 years now. The staff are helpful whilst leaving you to browse in your own time.”
