The pills did not really worked until i start taking 2 at the time. I Will need to talk to someone if possible

Pretty good! Product came quick, received a lot of communication and talked with the pharmacist. Only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is I asked a question 2 weeks ago and zero response?

I am very satisfied with your service. Mainly because of your ethical and professional way of treating things, but also for your prompt reply to any question raised...as for your effectiveness in processing orders and getting them delivered promptly. In fact, the only question I had was why I have not been delivered with the quantity and dose that I had selected in your original questionnaire. As it is a rather personal and private affair for me, my wish was then to minimize the number of deliveries during the year. Best regards

As for your question, the initial quantity prescribed is typically based on the clinician's discretion and on the answers you provided in the questionnaire. As a 3-month supply is dispensed by default, the total quantity you received is for a 3-month supply of medication. However, you can request a refill when necessary by sending us a message and we will be happy to assist you with the next steps. This seems like a good service. I was between family doctors and wanted a prescription (I have since gotten one and no longer need the service) the questionnaire the had me fill out asked the same questions as by my subsequent family doctor. Initial response was quick, delivery on time. I didn't have any issues or questions so my interactions were limited and I can't speak to general responsiveness. One quibble I do have is that I found out the pharmaceutical I got a script for is covered by my insurance and they never asked me for my insurance information so I ended up paying for it when I shouldn't have had to. It was inexpensive, I wasn't expecting it to be covered, and sometimes you pay for convenience so I'm not upset by that but it's still a mark against the company that they didn’t ask.

A bit expensive, but service is very professional, prompt and trustworthy. Would give it 5/5 if it was slightly cheaper.

I like Essential clinic. I do not like the service provided by Pocket Pills pharmacy. My refill is not delivered on time, in the last instance it was 2 days late and they have made no efforts to correct it.
