“I bought 8m of thick underlay for laminate floor to use under long rug but it arrived and I opened it to find it was in two bits so had to tape it which is not what I wanted at all. 8m should be just that not two short bits”

We're sorry to here that the 8m² roll of 5mm underlay that you received was in two pieces, this is not usually the case but unfortunately not something we can control without opening and unrolling every roll that we get from the manufacturer. “This is my first order from Floor Stock and I have to say, it definitely won't be my last. The service is so officiant, with a fantastic array of stock to choose from. For my business needs, sometimes being able to order a product at short notice and be confident that the items will be delivered on time, is crucial. I have no concerns in ordering anything again, as the turnaround time from placing the order, to receiving the items was unbelievably fast! I couldn't recommend Floor Stock more. Excellent!”

“1st class service, next day delivery. Unfortunately one section was damaged by the courier and without hesitation, the company sent me a replacement completely FoC. Cannot recommend highly enough.”

“Possibly my worst delivery experience ever. I realise this isn't directly to do with Floorstock, but delivery is a major aspect of a customer's experience. APC told me my delivery was due on a given date between 14.09 - 16.09 and kept telling me that despite the goods not arriving until 20.05. I opened the door within about 5 seconds of hearing the knock, despite which the delivery driver had already left my package on the pavement and was walking off without a backward glance. My front door opens directly onto the pavement so anyone could have picked it up (or tripped over it); no other delivery driver has ever done this. And the tin was damaged despite the packaging.”
