“A very smart shop selling good quality clothing. I bought a lovely shirt at sale price which is always a plus. The staff were polite friendly and helpful going as far as to check stock upstairs when I pointed out a fault on the garment .”

“Welcoming store, clean and inviting. Plenty of choice in a variety of sizes. Changing rooms were clean. Staff member Will who served me on the till was very friendly and helpful, had a welcoming smile and made conversation easy despite being quite young, polite well mannered and should be praised for this.”

“I visit French Connection at The Cotswold Outlet Village each time I go there. I have always found something great to buy. My last purchase was a floral summer dress for a wedding in August - perfect for the occasion and I am delighted with it.”

“Have shopped at French Connection for a number of years. Do find it is much better to visit the stores personally as their online site doesn't do the items justice. Always provide good quality items that last, fit well, look well made and different. I do believe the last two seasons haven't been their strongest range, but they do have good end of season sales.”
