“Shopped at McCartney glen in Cannock designer centre store, the 2 female staff were friendly and helpful, they had a good choice and sizes, we had looked at other stores for similar styles of items of clothing before we decided to go back to French Connection and bought 3 items of good quality and styles, but the staff too definitely helped us make that decision to go back to them as they did make us feel more welcome and they wanted our business the most.”

“Unfortunately, I had to return my last order from FC, nothing wrong with items, the quality was of usual high standard, it was just the fit for me. Items were returned and arrived back very quickly, refunded immediately, luckily I have found something else to order!”

“I saw a jacket from outside then it draw me in staff where very lovely and friendly this was at Glasgow shop and then staff helped me with sizes etc which lead to my purchase friendly chatty excellent service”

“I shopped at the outlet store and was so impressed with the lovely styles stocked, with a good range of sizes. “I received superb Customer service from Joe & Lindsay at Chester store! I just had to review as these two staff completely MADE my shopping experience!!! From the warmest welcome, nothing was too much trouble! I purchased more than originally planned, Excellent French Connection quality, design & fit as always!
