“I had to contact customer service twice. On both occasions I found them very efficient and helpful. Ultimately I ordered an item directly from store as it was out of stock on line . The store staff were so helpful and my item arrived promptly. Thanks for a fantastic experience”

“I ordered from French Connection online for the first time recently & although their shipping dates stated a longer time frame I received the goods very promptly. The clothes were of good quality and the items I returned which didn't suit me were also refunded very promptly - therefore I would say this is a very good company to deal with and I would buy from them again.”
