“Generally really good service but do object to paying P&P & then this being deducted from a refund when returning items. Stores dont carry the full FC range & not everyone lives close to a store anyway, so we’re forced to shop online whether or not that’s our preference. Often hard to tell colours or fabric online let alone fit & dont feel shoppers should be financially penalised when requesting refund. Many companies offer free P&P or reimburse the charge when refunding. I wont be ordering from FC online again!”

“My daughter and myself shopped in your Bath branch. Service was fantastic, helpful without being overbearing. Both staff members were very friendly. Times are challenging so I checked online for discount code , found 15% off if I set up an email account, staff immediately understood and with zero disdain , kindly offered same discount in shop, my daughter thrilled with her denim jumpsuit and me thrilled with my embroidered blouse! Happy shoppers 🥳”
