“Found a lovely jacket at French connection for a reasonable price. Saw it and said let me have a look around O2 first in Greenwich and couldn’t find anything that nice at the same price.”

“I went to the store in Chester a few weeks ago, what a wonderful team. Greated with smiles and everyone felt very helpful. No pressure to buy but felt they were willing to help with any queries. Explaination of how sale items works and returning, a great idea once returned if needed you have 2 years to use the return voucher. The quality of all the clothes were great, could easily have spent a lot more!! Thankyou”

“This shop at Princess Square Glasgow Is excellent the girls go out there way every time I go there, very welcoming and even take your dress to the changing room to so I can try it on. Also very friendly and helpful.”

“The staff are fantastic, they initial ask if you need help but then leave you alone. They will take clothes into the changing room for you. They will offer advice as well . The only grip I had was that I spent £180 and had to buy a bag, for this money it should have been free”

“A quick and unscheduled ‘pop in’ to the Shrewsbury branch saw me leave with a gorgeous bag of tops, all in the sale. A couple were items I wouldn’t usually have looked at but excellent feedback from one of the team who was honest about what didn’t work as well as what did, gave me the confirmation I needed that they were good choices.”
