“The items were ok but didn’t suit me. So I returned asap for a refund despite Confirming that they had received my items back on 23rd Feb I still haven’t received my refund (11th March). I have never known a company take so long to refund!”

“Awesome service especially from the young lad with the big hair in the Ashford outlet. He was really friendly and nothing was too much trouble when we asked if there were more sizes out back etc . Genuinely nice lad who greeted us with a smile and made us feel very welcome”

“I love FC clothing. Ordering online is straightforward. I had to email FC CS and remind them I hadn’t received my refund and I had left it until 15 days - it was then issued that day but had to wait another 3 days before clearing, no explanation as to why.”
