“I visitied French Connection shop in Chester with my mum and sister, we were quickly told there were sale items downstairs and the staff were so lovely and helpful on the day. I was able to try on a dress in two sizes and miraculously the size 10 fit perfect and I purchased this. I don't remember the blonde lady's name but she was really helpful and friendly. Super happy with my purchase and the service!”

“You asked for a review so here goes. Your products are very well made. I am pleased with what I've bought BUT I returned £167 of items I did not wish to keep on 20th Feb. You received the return on 23rd Feb. It is now 14th March and I am still waiting for a refund. This is an unacceptable wait time. I contacted customer service who told me a refund had been started manually and I would receive a confirmation email. I'm still waiting. This was 3 days ago. Poor customer service French Connection.”
