“I haven't shopped at French Connection for a number of years but after my recent experience, I will definitely be back again. There was no pressure, I was left to browse but someone was there to help when I needed it. I was not frowned at for being an 'mature' person wanting to wear something nicer than M&S! I realised what I had been missing - thank you for making me welcome again!”

“First time visiting FC in Bath, the service was excellent and I even received a discount, I’ve not worn the items I purchased yet but when I tried them on, they all fitted perfectly and felt comfortable. Will definitely be purchasing further items.”

“Generally really good service but do object to paying P&P & then this being deducted from a refund when returning items. Stores dont carry the full FC range & not everyone lives close to a store anyway, so we’re forced to shop online whether or not that’s our preference. Often hard to tell colours or fabric online let alone fit & dont feel shoppers should be financially penalised when requesting refund. Many companies offer free P&P or reimburse the charge when refunding. I wont be ordering from FC online again!”
