“I purchased quite a few dresses and shirts in the sale online. Excellent quality and communication including easy free returns which is key reason I purchased online. Customer service team also very good.”

“From the moment I entered the shop I was warmly greeted. Whilst pondering around the racks, I was offered help with what I was looking for without being pushy. Items I was holding whilst carrying on looking were taken off me and put into a changing room after I asked for this without any bother. All staff were lovely, friendly, approachable and knowledgable about the clothing in the store, helping me piece items to match. Shall defo be returning to the Gretna store next time I’m Passing through. What a lovely atmosphere it is in there!!”
